Your responsibilities:

• You will actively acquire new customers and tap into new target groups and industries
• You will play a key role in shaping and implementing the sales strategy and
• planning in close cooperation with the sales management
• You will maintain and develop existing customer relationships to build close customer ties
• You will create system dimensions as a basis for quotations
• You understand energy management and sustainability as a whole and develop our customers in the MVV solution house

Your profile:

• You have a degree, vocational training, or comparable professional experience in a technically oriented B2B field service role
• You have strong negotiation skills and an understanding of customer needs
• Ideally, you have technical knowledge in the areas of measurement technology, electrical engineering, energy management, and energy economics
• You have very good interpersonal skills and are particularly good at communication
• You are always willing to travel for field service activities
• You are fluent in spoken and written German, ideally also in English
• You already have experience in using CRM software and MS Office
• Ideally, you are based in the Freiburg/Karlsruhe area (southern Baden-Württemberg)

Your tasks:

• You will develop a strategy and establish structures, processes, and responsibilities to promote sustainable growth of the department and the range of services.
• You will monitor project planning, ensure timely, high-quality results, and be responsible for resource and quality management.
• You will lead and motivate an interdisciplinary team of experts in system integration, technical service, and project management, and promote cooperation with other areas of the company.
• You will identify training needs and promote the further development of employees.
• You will monitor technological trends, introduce innovative technologies and tools, and make recommendations.
• You will develop operations KPIs and prepare reports on project status and team performance for management.
• You will optimize processes and departmental performance based on key performance indicators and implement appropriate measures.

Your profile:

• You have a degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, energy technology, IT) or a comparable qualification and have in-depth knowledge of software and hardware integration.
• You have experience in technical customer service, support, or project management, ideally in energy management, IoT, or building technology, as well as knowledge of current technologies and cloud integration.
• You have a proven track record in project management and experience in leading and developing interdisciplinary teams.
• You have experience in change management and team integration, combined with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You impress with your strong communication skills, negotiating skills, solution-oriented approach, and customer focus.
• Ideally, you are familiar with project management tools, CRM systems, and interface technologies.
• You are flexible, resilient, and willing to travel occasionally to serve customers, monitor projects, or support your team on site.
• In addition to fluent German, you communicate confidently in English to successfully drive our international projects forward.
