Your tasks:

• You create offers and orders via SAP R/3
• You will support the maintenance and support of project management (currently in Jira)
• You take care of the master data creation (e.g. articles, customers)
• You communicate directly with our customers and interested parties via e-mail and telephone regarding quotations, orders, invoice clarifications and corrections
• You support the procurement of stock material and communicate with suppliers
• You take over the coordination and coordination with shipping/logistics
• You support the administration and procurement of office materials and office organization

Your profile:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in sales support or a similar role
• You are communicative and like customer service
• Ideally, you have experience with CRM systems, sales software or other relevant tools
• You are an organizational talent and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• You show initiative, teamwork and commitment to customer success
• You have an understanding of sales processes

• You will actively acquire new customers in the field of energy management/monitoring systems
• You will advise your customers on the introduction of energy management solutions
• You will prepare offers and conduct contract negotiations
• You like to take part in trade fairs and events to acquire new customers
• You will work with the area manager and the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training or a degree in a business or technical field
• Ideally, you already have some experience in selling technical products or services
• You are enthusiastic about renewable energies, sustainability and energy management systems
• You are communicative and have the power of persuasion
• You like to work independently, solution- and goal-oriented
• You have a car driving license and enjoy traveling
