Equipped with 30 MEMS microphones, the UltraCam LD 500 visualizes ultrasonic images and brings inaudible ultrasound to life. The decisive advantage: optical leakage visualization in real time, even in noisy production environments.
When it comes to sustainably reducing energy consumption, compressed air leaks must also be eliminated. Even a seemingly small leak can lead to considerable losses and therefore costs.
The UltraCam already shows you the leakage rate in l/min or cfm on the display, as well as the potential savings in €/year. This data is saved together with the photo and then imported directly into the measures tool of your econ4 software. A measure is created for each leakage, which can then be assigned to any person for elimination. Those responsible can therefore see immediately:
- Where exactly is the leak?
- What is the leakage rate and the estimated savings potential?
- Which element is leaking, i.e. what needs to be done to rectify the leak?
